Troy Oldroyd has served as Channel Signal’s Chief Technology Officer since the company’s founding. As a pioneer in consumer review analytics, Troy has been instrumental in architecting and evolving the platform to meet the changing needs of leading consumer brands. His ability to translate complex data challenges into elegant, scalable solutions has positioned Channel Signal as a trusted source of customer intelligence in a rapidly shifting digital landscape.


With deep expertise in data engineering, AI integration, and scalable infrastructure, Troy has led the development of innovative tools that allow clients to extract clear, actionable insights from noisy, unstructured review data. He continues to push the platform forward by integrating emerging technologies, enabling teams across marketing, product, and insights to make faster, smarter decisions rooted in the authentic voice of the customer.

Chris Searles brings over a decade of experience in business intelligence, analytics, and digital operations to his role as Chief Operating Officer at Channel Signal. With a strong foundation in data strategy and performance measurement, Chris has led the development of scalable systems that turn complex customer review data into actionable business insights for leading consumer brands.


Before joining Channel Signal, Chris built and managed analytics programs across digital media and health-tech companies, specializing in tools that connect marketing performance with customer behavior. At Channel Signal, he oversees operations with a data-first mindset—ensuring that product development, client success, and strategic growth are all aligned through measurable, insight-driven outcomes. His leadership continues to shape the company’s mission to make consumer feedback a source of competitive advantage for every team that touches the product lifecycle.

Connor Sullivan serves as Vice President of Business Development at Channel Signal, bringing a strong track record in sales leadership across multiple industries including consumer goods, media, and enterprise SaaS. His diverse background gives him a sharp understanding of brand needs, market dynamics, and how to translate customer feedback into growth opportunities.

Connor is also a passionate brand builder, business developer and creative entrepreneur. He is the founder of a custom apparel line that features original geographical logo designs, blending regional identity with bold, minimalist visuals. This blend of business development expertise and brand enthusiasm drives his client-first approach. At Channel Signal, he leads strategic partnerships and growth initiatives with an emphasis on aligning the platform’s insights with the goals of product, marketing, and executive teams.

Jillian’s meticulous approach and deep understanding of data validation processes are key to Channel Signal’s reputation for clean, trustworthy insights. She works closely with both technical teams and client stakeholders to ensure that incoming data feeds, product mappings, and platform outputs meet the highest standards. Her attention to detail allows clients to make confident decisions based on clear, dependable review intelligence.
