THE HUMAN FACTOR makes the difference

After all, we are talking about people talking to and about your brand. That takes interpretation. Everyday Channel Signal editors work with our editing console to make sure the automation is learning your technology, events and new products. They make corrections, and teach the machine new words and emoticoms.

Channel Signal analysts review the clean data supplied by the editors. They are looking for spikes in trends, or an unusual comment that might be getting traction (going viral). Most of all, they are reviewing the information to prepare for the end-of-the-month report in which they are to provide perspective into the existing and emerging issues: why a developing conversation is important, the momentum of a new event, or the collective consumer opinion of a new product.
